Frequently Asked Questions
What are your therapy fees?
Individual psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes and $160 + HST.
Administrative services (such as letters, reports, or consultations outside of sessions) are billed at $140/hour, prorated as needed.
Is therapy covered by insurance?
Many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for psychotherapy services with a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW). Please check with your insurance provider to confirm the details of your specific plan.
Although I don't offer direct billing, you'll receive a detailed receipt after each session that you can easily submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
How do I pay?
Payment is due after each session by e-transfer. A detailed receipt will be provided immediately following your appointment.
Where is online therapy available?
I provide secure online psychotherapy by phone or video for individuals across Ontario using Jane, a secure and confidential platform.
Whether you're pregnant, navigating postpartum, or adjusting to parenthood, online therapy makes it easy to access compassionate support from the comfort of your home—without the added stress of commuting or arranging childcare.
What if my baby is with me during our session?
That's completely okay! I understand that life with a baby is beautifully unpredictable. Whether you're feeding your little one, rocking them to sleep, or they need your attention during our session, you're welcome to care for them as needed. Therapy is a space for real life, and we'll work together in a way that feels supportive, flexible, and free of judgment.
