Hi, I'm Alyssha!

I'm so glad you're here.

I'm a Registered Social Worker, psychotherapist, and mom to a busy toddler. Like many of the women I work with, I've experienced both the incredible joy and the challenges of motherhood. My own pregnancy and postpartum journey wasn't always what I expected, and it gave me a deeper understanding of how much this transition can impact your identity, relationships, confidence, and sense of self. These experiences inspired me to dedicate my practice to supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood.

Helping others has been a calling for me for as long as I can remember. From volunteering and early work experiences to the personal challenges and lessons that have shaped my own life, I've always felt drawn to supporting others through difficult moments. With over a decade of experience working with children, youth, and families, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. I believe that having the right support can make a meaningful difference, especially during seasons of life when everything feels unfamiliar.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, or simply don't feel like yourself anymore, I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel understood without judgment. My goal is to help you develop practical tools, rebuild your confidence, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way. You are more than a mom, and you don't have to navigate this chapter alone.
